What the Guarantee Covers
Our money-back guarantee applies to:
New SuperScored subscriptions purchased directly through our website (superscored.com)
First-time purchases only
Two-Week Special Plan, Monthly Plan, Four-Month Plan, and Annual Plan
This guarantee does not cover:
Renewals or repeat subscriptions
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (refunds must be requested through the respective store)
Discounted group or school purchases
Promotional, giveaway, or scholarship plans
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund:
Your purchase must have been made within the last 30 days
You must be a first-time customer
You must not have violated any part of our Terms of Service
Your usage must not indicate abuse, fraud, or unusual activity intended to extract value and request a refund anyway
For competition participants: Purchasing solely to gain competition entry and then immediately requesting a refund is considered abuse and is not eligible.

How to Request a Refund
If you're eligible, we’ll gladly refund your payment.
To request a refund:
Email support@superscored.com with:
Your full name
Email used to sign up
Purchase receipt (if available)
The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
Our team typically responds within 2–4 business days.
How Refunds Work
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
Processing time varies by bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days)
If you purchased through Apple or Google Play, you must request a refund through the App Store or Google Play refund system—we are not permitted to process those directly
Limitations & Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases including:
Excessive usage that indicates the product was fully consumed (e.g., >80% of lessons or practice sets completed)
Repeated refund requests across multiple accounts
Fraudulent activity or chargeback threats
Violations of our Terms of Service
Past purchases where a refund was already granted
SuperScored may also modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time, but changes will not affect purchases made prior to the policy change.
Competition-Related Notes
For users entering the $2,000 SAT Challenge:
Refund requests made during the competition period void your entry
Refunds requested after submitting SAT scores will not be granted
Attempts to exploit the guarantee to gain competition access are disqualified
