If you meet all Eligibility Requirements and your score does not increase by 200+ points for the SAT, SuperScored will refund 100% of the subscription fees paid during the qualifying 3-month period, subject to the Terms & Conditions below.

Submit a Baseline Score

Submit your official starting SAT score when you sign up for SuperScored.

Practice with SuperScored

Follow your study plan by completing practice questions, taking timed mock exams.

Take an Official Test

Take your SAT or ACT within 60 days of the end of your SuperScored subscription.

Eligibility Requirements

Starting Score

Students must have a SAT score report showing a score of 1,250 or lower taken before purchasing SuperScored.

SuperScored Subscription

Students must maintain a minimum 3-month (90-day) continuous paid subscription to SuperScored.

Practice Requirements

Students must complete a minimum of 800 SAT practice questions and 10+ full-length SuperScored SAT mock exams.

Review

Students must correct all of their mistakes on practice questions and from the full-length mock exams.

Retesting Date

You must take an official College Board SAT within 60 days of the end of your SuperScored subscription period.

Retesting Score

You didn't improve by 200+ points.

For competition participants:

Purchasing solely to gain competition entry and then immediately requesting a refund is considered abuse and is not eligible.

Claim Submission and Timeline

Submitting your money-back claim is easy!

Within a week of signing up for SuperScored, you must submit your official SAT or ACT score report

that you’ll use for the claim.

Once you retake the SAT, we must receive your official claim request within 30 days of your official test date. To file a claim, please email support@SuperScored.com with the subject line: "SuperScored Money-Back Claim."

Include in your email:

Your full name

The email address associated with your SuperScored account

Official verifiable electronic copy of your College Board or ACT score report from before your SuperScored purchase with your name and date clearly visible. This must be the same score report you sent to SuperScored when you first signed up.

Official, verifiable electronic copy of your College Board or ACT score report from after your SuperScored purchase with your name and date clearly visible.

The SuperScored Team will review your score reports and your SuperScored account activity to verify practice question completion, test completion, and corrected mistakes. This verification process can take 5-7 business days. The team will email you to let you know if your claim has been accepted, and if it hasn’t, the reasons why. Money-back claims are typically processed within 10 business days of approval.
